Chocolate and Peanut Butter Mousse
PREP: 10 min | COOK: 3 hrs | SERVINGS: 4
1 (12-14 ounce) container of silken mouse
2 (8.5 ounce) containers of coconut milk
1 bag of chocolate chips, melted
1 scoop of peanut butter (measure with your heart)
1 teaspoon vanilla
Pinch of salt
Before you start, take the tofu out of the fridge for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour (but no need to press).
Blend in a Vitamix or food processor.
Separate into containers and store in fridge.
NOTE: Refrigerate for 3 hours before eating
