Thai Peanut Sauce
PREP: 5 min | SERVINGS: 4-6 servings
½ cup peanut butter
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon maple syrup
2 fresh-squeezed limes
Sriracha (mild = 1 teaspoon; medium = 2 teaspoons; spicy: 1 tablespoon or more)
Water (as needed)
Combine all the ingredients in the blender, add water to preferred thickness, emulsify, and enjoy!
