3 scoops protein powder (vanilla or berry)
2 scoops collagen booster (plant-based)
1 cup mixed fruit (or pineapple/mango)
1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1 large banana
1 quart (32 ounces) unsweetened coconut milk
1 big scoop peanut butter
1 tablespoon spirulina powder
1⁄4 cup raw pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
Filtered water (to fill jars)
Prepare ingredients:
Combine solids
Add the frozen fruit, blueberries, banana, pumpkin seeds, and peanut butter to your blender.
Add powders
Layer the vegan protein, collagen booster, and spirulina on top.
Add liquid
Pour in the entire quart of unsweetened coconut milk.
Blend
Process on high until the seeds are fully pulverized and the color is a deep, consistent teal.
The mason jar method
Line up four 16-ounce mason jars. Divide the smoothie concentrate evenly among the four jars (they should be roughly half full).
Top and shake
Fill the remainder of each jar with filtered water. Cap them and give each one a good shake to reach the perfect drinkable consistency.
