Mango Lassi

A refreshing Indian yogurt drink made with mango pulp.
½ cup mango pulp
½ cup yogurt
½ cup water
2 ice cubes (optional)
OPTIONAL ADD INS
Pinch of cardamom powder
Pinch of saffron
4-5 almonds, sliced
Pistachios, sliced
GARNISH
Fresh mint leaves
Add the mango pulp, yogurt, water, and ice cubes (if using) to a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass. Garnish with mint leaves if desired.
NOTES
Ice cubes are especially nice in summer.
Add cardamom and saffron for a more traditional flavor.
Top with sliced almonds and pistachios for extra texture.
