Breaded & Roasted Green Beans

½ lb fresh green beans, trimmed
½ cup tahini
¼ cup (18 g) nutritional yeast
¼ cup (60 ml) water
4 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 430°F.
Wash and trim green beans.
Add all ingredients in a bowl and mix.
Dip and coat green beans.
Place on a baking sheet (preferably with no-stick pad) and bake for 20 minutes.
